How It Started

CNRY was born of a collective experience of former employees who wished they'd known beforehand who they were going to work for. If only we knew then what we know now — CNRY acts as a warning to potential employees about what they're getting themselves into. Long gone are the days of employers holding all the upper hand.

Why We Exist

Job listings tell you the salary. Glassdoor tells you about the company. Almost nowhere tells you about the one person who will shape your day-to-day experience more than anyone else: your direct manager.

CNRY was built to close that gap — a place where the people who actually reported to someone can say, plainly, what it was like.

Public reviews on CNRY display only a reviewer's last initial and job title. Your full name, email address, and phone number are never published and are not shared with the manager, company, or employer being reviewed. We do not sell your personal information. CNRY displays reviewer identities only as a last initial and job title. While we take steps to verify that reviewers have a genuine connection to the manager or company reviewed, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality, excluding User Content, are and will remain the exclusive property of CNRY and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
